I have been a serious computer
user ever since the early days when a 286 was a great computer. In all of that time I have
never mastered (or attempted to master) the technical aspects and
have depended on technical support to overcome any problems. My
criteria is that the person needs to be very responsive, able to
communicate effectively in non technical terms and have excellent
processes including preventative maintenance. After going through a few
support people here in the Plymouth area I decided to see if Wrestling could meet my high
expectations. I am
extremely happy with his service as he responds in a minimum amount
of time even when the problem won’t earn him a large fee. His teaching skills are
excellent in that he is patient and communicates in non-technical
terms. He emphasizes a
monthly maintenance program that will save money. In short I would strongly
recommend his services to anyone who wants to get a better return
for their computer investments.
